Yes, shipping costs are included in our Retrieval Services. We offer a flat-rate pricing model, which covers the cost of shipping the package to your employee and includes a prepaid return label for the specified destination address. This ensures a seamless and cost-effective solution for your company-issued equipment retrieval needs.
No, an account is not required to utilize our Retrieval Services. You have the option to use these services as a guest. However, we recommend creating an account for added benefits. With an account, you gain access to tracking visibility and a comprehensive history of all your retrievals, offering a more streamlined and informed experience.
A User is defined as an individual who will be able to login to your company account with us and can submit Retrieval Orders, manage billing, and view all history. An employee is defined as an employee record within our platform to assign devices to and have complete history of assignments to devices.
We ship the retrieval kits within 1 business day of receiving your order. It will then typically take 2-7 days for the kit to arrive at your employee’s address, and an additional 2-7 days for the equipment return to arrive at your designated company address once your employee ships it. (Note: transit times may be a bit slower or faster depending on carrier shipping volumes and distance).
Currently, our employee equipment retrieval service only supports Laptops, Monitors, Tablets and Cell Phones. We’re consistently looking into expanding our service offerings to better assist businesses like yours.
Our device retrieval service is thoughtfully designed to help your employee, and you return company-issued devices safely and easily. We will provide every effort to make sure your employee sends back their device by conducting friendly reminders, and we’ll attempt to communicate with them by phone and email. If we’re unable to receive any communication from your employee after 5 phone call and 5 email attempts, we’ll let you know. Because we provide our full service when we fulfill your order, we are unable to issue refunds for our services in the event that your employee doesn’t return their device.
