What are your business hours?

Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time, excluding certain holidays. For more details, please refer to our Holiday Closures guide.

Can I add multiple users to my account?

Yes, all plans enable you to add account users to manage your account, retrievals and more.

Do you handle employee communication?

Yes, we handle all communication with your employee. When we send out your retrieval kits, both you and your employee will receive an email with tracking information and a notification that the kit is on its way. If your employee delays the return process, we take care of sending friendly reminders and follow-up outreach to ensure the device is returned promptly.

Is the service available globally?

Currently, our services are available exclusively within the lower 48 states of the United States. We are exploring the possibility of expanding to additional locations, including Canada and Mexico, but we are not yet prepared to offer international shipping.

How do I create an account?

Creating an account is easy, and free. Simply visit our account registration page to create a free account for your organization.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes, we offer volume discounts. When you purchase retrieval credits in bulk, you can save up to 15%. While it's not required to buy in bulk, it's a great way to maximize your savings.
